Hi, have you tried the fat-loss-4-idiots-ebook?
I found it to works really well for me, its more about training your thoughts than counting calories, but the end results are great!!

This is a really good program. I got it for my Mother and she has seen some pretty good results. The site is packed with some really good information that anyone can use to lose weight.

This isn’t one of those “low carb high fat” programs is it? I know that dieting as such is doomed to failure, but I guess this program seems more focused on building a sustainable healthy lifestyle?

Wow, a fat loss 4 idiots ebook review that almost reveals the whole secret! Ha, well, we all know there isn’t any secret to weight loss right? Eat in moderation and you’ll be fine right? Wrong! Every one of us has a different body type and metabolism. Hey Dave, does the ebook cover those topics?
I like the fact there is an online diet generator. I believe that tool alone is worth the value of the purchase. The list of whole foods has also peaked my curiosity. Thanks for making me aware of this program

This book looks great. I see it suggests walking for the exercise. Does the book contain information on body toning, also?

No, The only exercise required is walking (anything more is optional). The type of food and amounts are regulated to the point you don’t have to go to the gym. The key is ‘calorie shifting’ and eating enough before feeling totally full. For an intense cardio program the amount of calories in fat loss for idiots may not be enough to keep up your energy levels. That’s why it’s suited for beginner to intermediate dieters.

I agree that dieting is crucial for fat loss. At the same time, when you do fat loss exercises, you can lose fat quickly.
