This software has not failed me yet. The database is large enough to allow me to plan different meals with lower calories, saturated fat and sugars from carbs. Multiple meals per day is much easier with all the different food groups available.

What a find. This Free Nutrition Software.
No more calculation and it is free or is that a gimmick?
Must download it and start checking out how many calories I eat daily.
