I’ve been using the diet generator and it’s really simplified my meal planning knowing which foods burn fat. Burning calories comes naturally using this system with casual exercise mixed in.
All I have to do is log-in & choose up to 30 of my favorite foods available on the list. In seconds my 11 day meal plan is done.
This takes a big load off always trying to think of what to cook and if if the food I choose is going to help me lose weight. No more reading labels at the grocery store.

I found the best way to burn fat is working out. And eating a lot of good proteins to help build muscle, when you build muscle it in turn makes your body burn the fat.

Thank you for posting this. I really need to have a healthy eating habit. Sometimes I skip 2 meals a day just for me to get thin. But I have realized it is not going to be good for my body. You have some great points here sir.

How true, Hippocrates said “let food be your medicine and medicine your food.” You hit the nail on the head. Tread food like medicine, correct dosing and timing and it will cure what ails you. Good post

It is so true - that if you just change a few things in your eating habits that it will make a huge difference in your weight loss. Most people are too comfortable doing what is hurting them instead of making some small changes in their diet.

I agree that diet is critical, but truely successful fat burning starts with a “two pronged” approach of healthy diet and exercise. Dietitians will tell you that you can get more energy and the best body and if you eat whole, natural foods as opposed to fast or processed foods. In order to successfully lose and keep inches off and burn fat, you can’t simply rid your addiction to processed foods, but you’ll also need to incorporate regular exercise into your lifestyle.
